Kids act out everytime I take them places, moms please help.?

3 and 2 is very tough ages. First off they sound a bit out of control do they act this way at home? You may need to cut back on their sugar intake and make sure they are getting enough sleep/naps. You need to relax if your crying your letting yourself get out of control accept that the kids act badly and try to limit your social engagements. I wouldn't take 2 and 3 yr olds out for more then 2 to 3 hours at a time. They have no attention span at that age. Also bring them toys they can play with to help keep them busy. Your not sheltering your kids if they only go out socially a couple times a week. When my kids act badly when we go out I put them in their rooms for time out when they get home but they are much older .
