Looking for honest opinions on this situation?

I met a guy off the internet and we've been talking almost every day though its hard cus I have school now and he has work and the time difference is 5 hours. Hes 19 and I'm 16. He has told me I am his dream girl and that he loves me, he is also saying that he wants to come see me on march break. He has said he marked it on his calendar. Thing is we live so far from each other he lives in UK and I live in Canada, he says he is saving up 50 (quid) a week from his work pay in an account to come see me. I like him a lot, and he also likes me a lot. We are internet 'dating'. Hes not a pedo btw. What are your thoughts on this situation? Do you think he will follow through and come?
