Dominatrix who wants to consolidate household?

I am a somewhat new dominatrix and i have subs from all over the world but my country i would like to bring them together to my country am itching to really do and live my life the way i want. The only problem is i have to get a place i have been thinking of getting a ranch to put them there complete with everything but the problem is i have not enough finance so my question is how do i ask my subs for help and not appear as a scammer?
