About one mth ago :........:..?

I left my husband due to many reason including verbal abuse infidelity and I could go on I have a 3 mth old as of now he hasn't tried to come and see us he's promised that he will be sending money for baby 3x already and it hasn't happend but yet he treating me he will take my baby away if he files custody dose have a chance I have proofs email phone records bank records that show he hasn't done anything I also have a police report when I left
