I think it's normal to have some form of depression or low moods in your teens, I know I did. It is nice to spend time alone, but could you change that and spend time alone during the day at weekends and try to get out and about more in the evenings. The nights are light and glorious, could you do something to get out and about and enjoy having some fresh air and daylight. If you're at college go and see a counsellor for some support or your GP.
