Family of 8 traveling to Disney World in November and need to find deals?

2 adults and 6 children (5 of which are between the ages of 14 and 16). Cannot find affordable airfare leaving from NJ the first week of November. Was offered free meal plan when booking in a resort or is it more economical to rent a car, rent a condo, and eat 2 meals in the condo?
