Why do I feel guilty about ?

In many ways is still a taboo subject especially in most homes. It may be discussed in a birds and bees manner but not about actual performance. So we all have in the back of our minds we are doing something wrong as it is secretive. We are not to do it openly. This may add a sense of guilt to the act. There is also the notion we are in some way giving ourself a selfish pleasure.
