Have I broken my little finger?

Yesterday I fell of a horse and landed with my full weight on the little finger of my left hand. I now cannot move it at all and there is a weird triangular shape sticking out the top of my finger. It is swollen and I cannot touch it with anything because the pain is unbeliveable. Is it broken and what should I do?
