well i know during my early months of pregnancy i couldnt keep anything down not even water without puking it up. Try looking up online some of the side effects to your birth control and that might help you and when i was on birth control it made my periods lighter also mine use to always be really heavy like yours but when i was on birth control it was hardly anything and all my cramps stoped.
