Will Penn State win a national championship in football in the next decade?

Other than Penn State, Auburn has also been a team to historically have undefeated seasons where they don't have a shot at the "national title." (If I recall, Auburn has 2 of these in their history, Penn State has 3) So, I imagine it's just a matter of time before Penn State has another undefeated season.
