Wheres a good hair place that do good highlights? i want to find a new place but dont know where to go.?

I need to find a new hair salon that do good hair highlights. I went to style America first visit went excellent then the hair stylist left next visit for my highlights went horrible lady burned my head with the blow dryer and foil in my hair. She over charged n did a poor haircut n highlights did get the cut I wanted!Really need to find a good salon soon I want to get my hair touched up ASAP. Please help. Oh I'm in Tucson,Az
