What information needs to be on the 10-day posting for name change in NC?

I think I have most of the rest of the procedure figured out. I need to know what I have to put on the notice that needs to be posted for 10 days at the Randolph County, NC courthouse. This is for a name change for my daughter, a minor. The Clerk's office employees won't tell me what information needs to be on the notice. They said that it would be giving me legal advice.
