Plz help my mum wont stop controling my life ,?

she interferes in everything i do and critisises what i do ,puts me down all the time i hav no self confidence cuz of her and her pinpointing at me all the time plz help if i answer back she uses emotional blackmail and threatens self harm ..plz help id appreciate it thanks.silky.
