Is Jimmie Johnson's victory in the 2001 Chicago Busch race the greatest in NASCAR history?

I mean he completely blew away the field in that race, dueling with legends such as Dan Pardus, Kelly Denton, Steadman Marlin, and Robbie Faggart. I know that it was the only Busch race he ever won, but he showed the NASCAR world that he is the greatest Busch driver of all time.
