Does anyone else have a 3 weeks old baby that cries constantly even after being fed and changed?

I have a 3 week old little boy and he cries constantly even after being fed,winded and changed its driving me mad I am so depressed and trying to get any help is hopeless. I cant even go to the loo or get anything to eat he just dont stop crying he doesnt even wear himself out. He wont go in a bouncer or gym mat he just cries cries cries
