Do most courts dismiss, and or put low interest on he said she said cases?

i was accused by someone of shooting a pellet gun at them but they were using a lawn mower and getting pelted with rocks over there lawn. he was only one that saw the "incidident" and that no1 else saw anything, and what should i expect? i did not own a airsoft rifle for some time now and i spilled bbs on her lawn awhile ago, shud i not be worried? my window was open and he thought i was shooting but i wasnt.
